Someone made a thread and deleted it...so I will re make since i think its a valid point.
The Anime and Manga section should be re-named to Visual Culture or something along those lines...
And there should be a General Section under Misc (preferably at the top of the list) since I dont know where else to post stuff besides the Whatever-section. Because I dont know where to post threads about Normal stuff...like school, or regular kid stuff....
I also think that the 3rd section under Anime and Manga is redundant (repetition) and not needed, so I say we should remove it. Its like having Anime....and Anime 2.

Ok I modified the anime and manga section to Visual Culture and made a General section. I personally think everyday stuff can go into randomness, but whatever. I'll made it.
As for your third point, I'm gonna have to disagree with being redundant. It may seem like it at first glance, but there is a reason why I have a specific series category. When we want to talk about anime in general or manga in general there would be no conflict in not having a specific series catergory; however, when we get into the world of specific series a number of them have both anime and manga counterparts, so let's say I post a thread about Yuu Yuu Hakusho in the anime section. I would have to limit myself to talking about the anime strictly, and then make a new thread for the manga in the manga section. So then I have two threads for one series. Which just takes up more forum space, which isn't necessary. I like things clean and organized, thus why we have a specific series section.

Hmmmmmmm. Regardless, each "solution" is going to take up forum space. But for the specific series, is there going to be a standard where you have to put [MANGA] or some other flag to differentiate between counterparts? Because if not, then its just redundant since there is nothing readers can pick up on other than after reading the entire thread. At least thats how I see it.
